Divine Infinite,
What would you have me know today?

My Most Beloved One,
Know that you are perfect,
Just the way you are in everything that you say or do.
Know that there is no destination you need to seek,
Only to open your heart fully to this journey,
To this path that I have laid before you.
Each and every step can be nothing but perfect,
For it is meant for you and only you.

Every experience, every sensation, every emotion
Is there for you to open your heart,
Open your awareness as fully as you can
To feeling it all...experiencing it all.

For that is all there is,
The expansive, magnificent experience
Of each and every moment.

And yes, there are decisions, choices
That you will make on this path.
There are actions that you will take...

And I invite you to simply let those unfold
In your pure, open response
To an experience of all that you feel.

And then you'll experience how beautiful,
How magical this life I have gifted you is,
This journey that I have created for you is.

You have the capacity to experience
The vibrancy and the joy
Even in your greatest challenges.

And, so, My Most Beloved One,
I invite you to feel it all.
I invite you to delight in it all.

And once you are able to do so,
You will find that you have all the capacity you need
To not only meet those challenges
But to respond to them in ways
That will allow you to rise above them...
To step beyond them...

So that not only will you no longer feel inundated by them
But so that you will be able to bring your heart,
Your entire being,
Into full, deep, impactful service
To all those whom you touch,
To this world that needs you so much.

He is certified as a yoga instructor, as a practitioner for both neurolinguistic programming and cognitive behavioral therapy, and as a life coach.
